All four HCS high schools advance to football quarterfinals

All four Hampton city high schools – Bethel High, Hampton High, Kecoughtan High, and Phoebus High, will participate in the VHSL quarterfinals. Hampton and Phoebus are in class 4 and Bethel and Kecoughtan are in class five.
